To finish this wonderful creative evening, you will be able to enjoy the state of calm and wellbeing from a relaxing sound bath hosted by Chessy from Celestial Sound Therapy.
What is a Sound bath?
Enjoy full body relaxation whilst being immersed in the gentle vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. All you need to do is lie down, rest and relax! You will be given a Yoda mat to lie on and an eye pillow should you wish to wear one. All you need to bring is a pillow from your bed and a blanket to get super cosy!
Sound baths offer a number of benefits, including:
-Calming your body and mind
-Reducing stress and anxiety
-Boosting your mood and overall wellbeing
